Purchase of Sealed Product and Accessories

1. Use Intergrated Paypal Shopping Cart to make your purchases. We aim to ship as soon as possible after receiving payment.
   
   
2. Email your requirements to Sales@ftkmagic.com We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order. Upon confirmation your products will be reserved and you then have seven days to get your payment to us. If we do not receive payment within seven days we reserve the right to make the goods available for sale.
   
   

Purchase of Single Cards

1. There is no online shopping basket set up for single cards, so please either email details of the cards you would like or use our online order form here, and email to Sales@FTKMagic.com
   
   
2. We will then respond as soon as possible to confirm that your cards are in stock and to provide you with a quote for postage. Upon confirmation of your order, your cards will be reserved and you then have seven days to get payment to us. If we do not receive payment within seven days we reserve the right to make the goods available for sale.We aim to ship as soon as possible after receiving payment.
   

Postage and Packing

1. We do not aim to make a profit on Postage and Packing, this is charged at cost. First Class postage is insured up to £32, if you require additional Insurance for your order, then please let me know. Otherwise if your item gets lost in the post you will only be covered up to £32. Special Delivery items have standard insurance of £500.
   
   
2. We will give you a quote for postage, generally orders of Single Cards are charged as follows

   Single Card orders over £32 are sent Next Day Special Delivery , which is typically £4 to £7 dependent on size. This is fully tracked by the Royal Mail and Insured up to £500.
   
   You may choose to have recorded delivery, which is less, but only insured up to £32. If you item goes missing you will only be able to claim compensation up to this amount.

Payment Options

Paypal - The easiest and most convenient method of payment. You can transfer funds from your Paypal account or pay by Credit or Debit card through the Paypal Shopping cart.

We accept Cheques and Postal Orders, Please make cheques payable to Mr A J Skinner. If you choose this method I will give you the address to send this to when you confirm your order.

Cash - Please do not send cash - If you do I will accept it , but it is entirely at your own risk.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

(buy using and ordering from this site you are deemed to accept these terms)

1. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to bar people who are not serious buyers from making orders.

2. If you do not send payment to us within 7 days, then we may sell the cards to our other customers. Your order will not be reserved until it is confirmed.

3. We cannot be held responsible for your payment not arriving.

4. We will not send the cards until payment has been received.

5. We may change prices at any time without notification, although we always aim to keep our costs to a minimum.

6. If something goes wrong with the post and you have sufficient insurance ,then where possible I will replace the wayward cards. If they are not in stock then I will refund your order. There will be a delay whilst the paperwork with the Post Office is processed (typically 7-14 days)

7. Our cards are shipped in Near Mint Condition unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We do our very best to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied we will consider, based on the circumstances whether a refund is due.

If we agree to a refund you may Return the goods postage paid, in good condition, and carefully packaged. We will refund your payment in full with 7 days of receiving your returned goods.

We WILL NOT refund orders of single cards unless they have arrived in a condition different to that stated, AND we are notified very quickly of the problem..

We will only consider a refund for Sealed Product and Accessories if they are unopened and unused.
